    Hi Chris,
    We have given you separate access to VW Ecommerce Shop please go to your my account and download it.
    After deleting old theme and uploading new version given by us you will get the option to change the text category.
    Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Category >> In Last option you will see Section Title >> Please add your greek text there >> Publish.
    Contact us setting you will get in the customizer.

    Hi Chris,
    As per your query, you want to change the title name to greek.
    We have made some changes on our theme and add an option to change the all category text.
    Please go to your my account and download the same version theme and just delete the theme you are using currently and upload the downloaded theme.
    You will get the option in the customizer to change the text.

    Hi Chris,
    For the first point, could you please specify what you need to say about caption in all category?
    For the second point, In our theme homepage category are fetching from code, not from widget area so it will come in alphabetically.
    For the third point, there is no option for subcategories under all category tab on behalf of that you can use Mega Menu.

    Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Setting >> Header Section >> Open it and you will see radio box with Show / Hide search box >> Just tick it to show on homepage >> Publish.
    Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Setting >> Social Icons >> Open it add your social Links >> Publish.

    As per your query, you are not getting any setting on customizer accept widgets.
    Could you please give us a screenshot of customizer so we can check it and give you some solution for that.
    If you want we can check your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the site URL.
