    Hi,

    We can send you an option to remove the credit link. But if you want to change this with your’s, we can also do that. For that, you will need to provide us your WordPress details by making a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL. Also, the FTP access so that we can edit the files.

    Hi,

    For contact form, you will need to add the Contact form plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/. Install this plugin from Plugins -> Add new. Search the plugin, install and activate it.

    Then create your form and get a shortcode. And put the shortcode where you want the form to appear.

    Could you please specify which enroll form you are referring?

    Our slider image size is 1345 x 575px. You can make your images of this size. You just need to make sure the image size should have a same height.

    We have updated our theme with the latest woocommerce. Version is 1.0.5. Download the theme from your registered account and upload it to wp-content/themes. And delete the old one.

    Hi,

    Are you talking about the gallery and faculty section like our demo?

    In order to fetch the gallery, you will need to add gallery Plugin which you get in the theme package. Add it to your WordPress and add the images to the gallery from the the Gallery -> Add new. After that save it. In the permalink it will show ID at the end. Copy that ID.

    Go to Appearance -> Customize -> VW Settings -> Our Gallery. You will see the field for the shortcode.

    Where it was written 128 you will need to paste your gallery ID. It will show the gallery in that section. If you want to show the gallery on another page then you can create a page and copy that shortcodes to that page.

    For the Faculty section Go Faculty -> Add new

    No. It will not lose your previous settings. You just need to upload it to wp-content/themes. And delete the old one.

    Hi, Add the below code to your child theme style.css for removing mega menu if you have activated the child theme. Otherwise add it to Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

    Hi,

    In the Appearance -> Customize -> VW Settings -> Slider Section -> You will see a number of slides to show. Increase the number, publish then refresh. You will see the option to add more images and their respective text.

    It is not added yet, We will update it and let you know about that.
