I recently purchased vw blog pro and everything looks great but I’ve noticed that when someone first comes to my homepage the “read more” button and summary section of the articles aren’t visible. Only when they refresh the page can they actually click on the article. I was just wondering if you have any idea on how to fix this issue? Thanks so much!May 15, 2018 at 3:28 am #5047

We are glad you provide your site URL.
And we checked the issue and can you please tell us if you are using some other cache plugins.
Please check all plugins by deactivating them one by one, maybe due to plugin this issue is coming.
In last if anything does not happen by deactivating plugins.
If you want we can check your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the site URL.

Thanks for providing the site URL. You have successfully installed the premium version. Maybe you were looking for “VW Settings”. Please go to Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Settings .

I guess you are not understanding what I am saying. The ONLY option available in the menu after I click on Customize is Widgets. My customize settings are not there!
