I am not able to upload the them with the zip file. I keep getting “Please try again later”

Hi Ammar,

Are you correctly following the steps of theme installation?

PLease go through the theme documentation to make sure you are doing it correctly

Note: There are two theme files namely Restaurant theme (version 1.0.2) and Restaurant Child Theme (version 1.0) (if you don’t have the updated version please download it once again from My Account -> your Order section ) and the rest is all plugin which needs to be uploaded inside plugin territory.

Follow the below instructions on how to upload the plugin in WordPress

Also, make sure that you keep the child theme activated and then perform the theme setup.

hi just purchased the theme about 10 mins ago i keep getting a wordpress failure message. this is what i did.

1) tried to upload vw-restaurant_1.0.2 zip.

Hi Ayshea,

You are uploading the wrong zip file.

Extract the Zip file vw-restaurant_1.0.2.zip. You will get “vw-restaurant.zip”, this is the actual theme. Do the same for the child theme.

Hi thanks installed it through cpanel. cant find where to remove mega menu section in header. can you help please?

Hi Ayshea,

Go to the Appearance -> Menu -> Then check the screenshot ( mega-menu.png).

Check and unchecked the mega menu checkbox. It will remove the mega menu from the front end.

Try this and let me know.

On my menu on the front page, instead of the two sections showing up side by side, Pizza is UNDER the Appetizer section. Can you tell me how to fix that?

I don’t see the button that says “See more menu” under the “choose menu” section.

Hi,

We have updated theme with the button text change option and made it available on the front end as well. Please login to your registered VW Themes account and go to the “downloads” section. Download the theme from there and upload it to wp-content/themes directory. And delete the old one. Your changes will not be lost.

As per your query, we are giving you some easy steps to remove it.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> VW Setting >> Footer Text >> In footer text you will get Copyright Text >> Please make changes on it >> Publish.

Hi, Cannot find the plugin anywhere or the zip file to download it. Says this:-
First, you need to download the plugin from the source (which will be a zip file (restaurant-post-type.zip). Next, you need to go to WordPress admin area and visit Plugins » Add New page.

What is the source? and it is not showing up on search for new plugin.. any ideas? Thank you.
