Go to the cPanel dashboard on your hosting account. Under the database section, click on phpMyadmin icon.

Upon clicking phpMyAdmin icon, it will launch the phpMyAdmin app. It is a database management tool and we will use it for directly changing your admin email address in the WordPress database.
