Here is my message to the [email protected] email. I’m hoping to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I originally installed the free Book Store Theme, and decided to upgrade to the Pro. When I did, I received 3 download links. A plugin, a documentation link, and a PRO upgrade zip folder. After downloading them, I attempted to upgrade the Free Book Store Theme to the PRO theme. After attempting many ways, from adding it as a plugin which failed, to trying to upload it as a theme which it said it was missing a CSS file, to trying to merge the Free Book Store Theme files with the Pro files and re uploading the theme. None of these worked. Your documentation says to type in VW Book Store Pro in the theme download area of wordpress, but when I do, I do not see a PRO version. So at this point, I cannot install the theme in any way that I have had experience in the past with. I am not new to wordpress and have built many websites with it. This is very frustrating and I would like to fix it as soon as possible. I am in the USA and I’m sorry if that is a late time of day in India.
