Hi,

It is not an issue of PHP version. You have limited upload file size from your hosting provider. So either you can contact your hosting provider to increase the limit or you can Add themes in a wp-content/themes and plugins in a wp-content/plugins directory using Cpanel or FTP.

Once you have added the zip file extract it there and get back to your admin and activate the plugins and themes which you have added.

Slider images are looking properly on mobile as well. What issue you have with this. As we cannot change any image using CSS code. For what purpose you want to resize it. I am not getting.

So, you are talking about the slider. We were thinking you are talking about the banner for inner page. Slider images cannot be changed with CSS. As We have specified above that slider size height depens on the slider image size.

Hi,

1. Yes, you can change it with the CSS but for each page, we need to add CSS with their respective ID’s. So please provide us the page URL.So that We can send you the cSS>

2. Slider size depends on the image size. If you assign image with small height it will show that height only. No extra Code added to make it bigger.

Hi,

There must be four columns for the footer in the widget area. You need to add one element to each so that it will come in columns.

We really don’t get what the issue behind the services section. Could you please make a user in your WordPress admin and send us it’s username and password along with the site URL at [email protected]. So that we can check the issue there.

Hi,

We have checked our theme. Services section is working. Please increment the number of services to show. Publish it and refresh the page it will work.

Top bar cell number is also working. I checked it.

You will need to add widgets to the footer from Appearance -> Widget.

Which contact form are you using? Have you created a form?

If the above issue has not resolved with the given solution then please specify which theme version you are using? We will check the issue.

Hi,

We have given you the access to download the VW Ecommerce theme version 0.3 with the mega menu.

Please check your VW Themes account downloads section. Download the theme and add it to the directory /wp-content/themes and delete the older one by FTP or Cpanel
