Wrong Basic theme

Hi there
I just bought the Education Academy. But in the downloads the basic theme I get is the sirat pro and not the education academy. If I install the Education Academy directly over the WordPress, many features like theme settings are missing, even though the pro plugin is installed and activated. Could you please send me a download link with the correct basic theme?

Hi,

You don’t need to add the child theme and the post type.

You just have to add the plugin and activate it.

Just add the theme and activate the Sirat free theme and then add the zip to the plugin folder.

Activate the plugin and follow the steps given in the documentation to display the content.

Thank you! It was just a bit confusing. Now I got it. I still have one more question:
I like to insert my social media Links and according to your description I can do that under Appearance >> Customize >> Theme Settings >>Social Icons
But there is no Social Icons menue. It is missing. Do I have to activate it somewhere else first?

Hello,

The theme that we purchased is not reflected on the WordPress site. We followed all of the instructions and still have been unable to get the theme the way it is shown on the VW Theme site.
We are stuck and unsure what to do next.
Please advise.
