I have been asking these same questions for about a week.

I am sure they are all in the Customizer but WHERE are they in the customizer? I have tried just about everything.

For instance, how do I change the size and state of the captions/links on the three buttons on the page. Once they have been visited, they are invisible. My preference would be to make all three photos links without captions. Is that possible? If so, how do I do that? If not, how do I make the visited links visible.

Where in the Customizer is that controlled. Nothing in your directions says where that is.

How do I change the size of the social media icons on the home page in the slider widget. Most of our clientele is older than 65 and they will miss these completely. Nothing in your customizer affects the size of these. Tell me where it changes that?

How do I make the links for e-mail active. Right now, the only thing a visitor to the site can do to send us an e-mail is to type the e-mail out in their e-mail program but I would like to make the link clickable. Nothing in your customizer affects the size of these. Tell me where it changes that?

I am still trying to figure out how I can add two or three more lines of text to the Testimonials to the Testimonials widget text. One allows three lines but the other two only two. I could use about five or six. Nothing in your customizer affects the size of these. Tell me where it changes that?

I am still in a position where NONE of my paragraph texts (currently in PT Sans) have any BOLD in them even though I have indicated them as bold for certain text. I need to add it to a number of places and I have done that but it isn’t showing. How can I fix this and get it to show. Nothing in your customizer affects the size of these. Tell me where it changes that?

I am about one day away from either asking for my money back or challenging the charge with my credit card company. Please answer with some specific answers.

And every day instead of answers, I get this:
    “Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out!

If you are getting difficulty kindly please provide us the details of how you would like to display the content.

We will apply it for you. Kindly please provide the full description.

Kindly let us know if you have any questions or concerns.

    Thank You.”

How can I be any more specific? I don’t want someone to do something for me. I want to know how to fix it myself. I have read in these forums some great comments about how super the tech support is and I am beginning to think that VWThemes is writing those himself since I get the same canned answer every single time.

I should add that I have given them access to my site from day one.

Your solutions were preposterous. Not a single one of them will work. I really hate to be a pain but this is all simple stuff. Like a font being able to be seen in bold or an e-mail address being a clickable link. I haven’t seen a website where an e-mail address was not a clickable link in more than five years. I have e-mailed you to ask for a refund. Worst customer service I have encountered.
