Hello,

The health coach pro theme wont upload to my WordPress account. I get the following error message;

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I’ve downloaded the all the files that were available to download after purchasing.

Please help.

I’ve resolved my previous issue by downloading the zip file via chrome rather than safari, however, none of the icons are showing up on my page, I just get a box with an x on it instead.

Hi,

As per your query, great you have download theme and plugin and font awesome icons are not appearing because you are using some plugin which has outdated font awesome CSS and in our theme, there is an updated version of font awesome that way they are getting conflict.

Please use this plugin to show your social icons without deactivating any plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-font-awesome/

Thanks for the help with my last query. The icons are now visible on my site. I have another question. Can i change the icons being displayed? If so, what are the shortcodes for each icon

I’ve published my website, however, I keep getting a page not found error message when i click on any page that isn’t the homepage. Any idea why this might be?

Hi,

As per your request, we are giving you some easy steps to get rid of 404 error.

Go to Dashboard >> Settings >> Permalinks >> In last you will get save button >> Just click and save >> Please make a hard refresh and check the pages.
