Hi,

There are four different font awesome CSS are loading from the plugins you have added. And all have a different version.

In our theme we have a latest version font awesome i.e 5.0.6. Due to the confliction of the above font awesome it is not loading our theme font awesome.

So, Please deacticate the aobe specified plugin just to check which plugin conflicting our theme? So that we can suggest you the better solution.

Hi,

You can change the menu item color from the customizer. Have you tried that?

I recently purchased and downloaded VW Lawyer PRO. I am trying to upload the PRO zip file. I keep getting an error message. Right now the only zip that will load is the Child file.

Hi,

First, you will need to load the parent file then child theme can be uploaded.Without parent-child will not work. So upload parent activate it then load child and activate the child.

After activating the theme check the documentation to fetch the demo content (Setup home page template)

I am not sure you understood my message. I cannot load Lawyer Pro which is the parent file. I understand that all other files will not work without the parent file installed. I was able to load the child file although it did not work. The lawyer pro will not load. I get an error message that says the following;

“This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Bonjour,

j’ai le même problème que bryan.a.norman. Mon adresse mail est trop longue pour l’espace que vous offrez. Ce serais bien de pouvoir organiser un peu plus le Header Section
Est-ce pour bientôt cette modification ? Sinon je risque de prendre un autre thème, mais je suis embêté puisque j’ai acheté ce thème.

Ne tenez pas compte du post précédent de 10:09 pm.
Mon soucis est que les différentes “themes settings” ne s’affiche pas sur mon site alors qu’ils sont pourtant activés ? Savez-vous d’où viens ce problème ?

Hi,

Have you uploaded the pro version? The free version is different and pro is different. So please the Pro version and activate it. Then you will see the “Theme Settings” in your customizer.

Could be please specify the length of your email address? So that I can check and suggest you the better solution.

Hello,

J’ai bien acheté la version PRO du thème hier soir. Les widgets VW sont installées. Je vois les “themes settings” et ils sont activés, mais ils n’apparaissent pas sur le site internet. D’où peut venir ce problème ? Si vous me contactez à mon adresse mail je vous enverrais des captures d’écran.

Pour mon adresse mail, elle fait 33 caractères.

Can you provide the answer that you provided to Bryan.a.norman? I am having the same issues as my email address is too long. Also, do you have more documentation on the short codes? While reading through the documentation there only was one line of short codes. Thank you!
