Hi. New here so sorry if questions are stupid. I have set up the video vlog pro child theme on my wp site, i like the top part of the template popular posts but the first post has a white background on the text which hides the photo and i cant for the life of me fine how to remove it, please help…

! also need to turn off the line below that shows the author, date, views etc.

I changed it a bit post question and just used a single front page picture, I would still like to remove the user/date/vievs line tho.
