You are a company making money and selling some of your themes that are still untested. I bought the bundle, of course if I encounter issue during installation I’ll check if I can do a work around. But most of the time, I really needed to get support. This is where you are pissed of us asking for support. Had your themes work well, no support will be needed. Now, you blocked my 2 email addresses? Gmail doesn’t lie, it gave me proof my email was block from your end. When I tried to send a message through your contact form, apparently my email address was also blocked.
You even changed the admin password for my other site. This is very risky!!!
And before this happened I lost 2 clients due to days of waiting for you to fix the website. Take all criticisms positively and move-on, don’t ever retaliate to your customer.
Now, I no longer trust VWTHEMES and I’m already looking for a more trustworthy and reliable themes.
