Theme mobile impossible to uplead

Dear developer,

I just bought the mobile theme I can not upload it on WordPress.
I have 3 folders
– sirat_0.1
– vw-title-banner-image_0.1
– vw-mobile-app-pro-plugin_1.0

When I try to upload the file on WordPress vw-mobile-app-pro-plugin_1.0, it’s impossible and i have this error message
“The uploaded file size exceeds the size specified in the ‘upload_max_filesize’ directive in the ‘php.ini’ file.”

So i cannot upload the theme i use it,

Please could you help me by giving me the procedure to do ?
