The premium charity WordPress theme – Broke my site

Hi.
What in the world is going on with your themes these days? I have not had any luck with your themes in the last couple of months. I opened support tickets for my previous issues, and they’re still not solved. Also, just this afternoon, I installed The premium charity theme and it completely broke the site and only 404 error. I had to delete it from my file manager through my hosting account. What is the solution to all these issues?
