Hi,
I bought a few weeks ago a VW Theme Bundle from you. I noticed that there is a general problem with the slider. It works fine until you place the mouse cursor on it (on banner). When it’s done, the slider stops working. I checked it on my test page, but it does’t work on your website demo either. I checked on Win7, Win10 and on Mozilla and Edge browsers. This problem occurs all time.
You can check it out this problem on your webside on DEMO (Lawyer, Restaurant, Corporate e.t.c. Themes). For example:
https://www.vwthemes.net/vw-lawyer-attorney-pro/
Additionally, when the mouse cursor is in the banner, the text “#slidecaption1” next to the cursor is visible. It does’t look good. Can you check this problem?

Thank You for choosing us!
We can remove the #slidecaption1 if you want.
Could you please elaborate about the slider issue. So that we can provide you the solution.
We have checked our website and its working normal.

Thanks for response.
Text (label) “#slidecaption1” appears when the mouse cursor is on front page banner image no. 1. On banner image no. 2 text “#slidecaption2” appears e.t.c. The label appears next to the mouse cursor.
Yes, I would like to hide/remove this label. And the problem with the slider appers when the mouse cursor is on front page banner area. In that case the slider stops working (subsequent images do not move). If the mouse cursor is moved outside the banner area, the slider starts working (subsequent images are transferred every few seconds – as it should be). I see the same problem on your website, for example https://www.vwthemes.net/vw-lawyer-attorney-pro/

Thank You for your reply!
You need to edit the slider.php file and remove the text written inside the alt=””
Save the files.
The path for the file: THEME FOLDER >> template-parts >> home >> slider.php
If you need any other file please let us know.
Note: The changes in the file may crash your website please do it carefully.
Thank you

Thanks for response.
Removal the text written inside the alt=”” did not help, but when I removed the text written inside the title=”” the problem with unwanted label has been solved.
But still remaine problem with inactive slider when the mouse cursor is on front page banner area. If you would help me solve it, I would be grateful.
Thanks
