Painting Pro crashing IONOS website

I installed this theme on a site for a client. The installation process caused an error that reads: Error: Cookies are blocked due to unexpected output. I cleared caches and cookies but it did not work. I called the IONOS tech support and the issues were resolved after an hour’s wait. I was told by the tech that the theme was causing the site to crash. They also recommended getting in contact with the theme creators VWthemes. The tech was able to get back into the wp-admin dashboard by creating a test login. The tech also said to try reinstalling the theme. It worked fine for a day then the error returned.
