Not all sections of the home page are editable!

Despite following the provided documentation on how to edit the home page template.
I don’t see the “Appearance” section needed under Customize to edit the Partners and Our Records section.
Please advise!

For editing the Partner section and Our record section follow below steps,
For partner section
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme setting >> Partner section.
For Record section
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Theme setting >> Record section.
