No space between slide heading text

In the demo of this theme, there is a space between the ‘Slide Heading Title One1’ and the ‘Slide Heading Title Two1’.
As soon as I adjust it to my own text, that space disappears.
And yes, I’ve tried putting a space after ‘Slide Heading Title One1’ and also a space before ‘Slide Heading Title Two1’, but that doesn’t solve the problem.
How can I solve this?

Also I need to change the background in the slider: the client wants it to be more transparent. There seems to be no option to change this…. nor to change the shape of the slider, eg rounded corners
