I just purchased the Bakery Pro theme, and it can not be installed due to missing style.css file. Where can I obtain this file?

Nevermind, this was a case of user error and not reading the installation instructions thoroughly. Theme works great!

Hi,

You don’t need to add the child theme and the post type.

You just have to add the plugin and activate it.

Just add the theme and activate the Sirat free theme and then add the zip to the plugin folder.

Activate the plugin and follow the steps given in the documentation to display the content.

Hi, I’ve just bought the bakery pro them and had the same issue as reported above but did not manage to solve it. I followed all the instructions here and also in the documentation page which btw is different from your explanation here.

In the above explanation, you mention “add the plugin and activate it” but there is no plugin in the .zip package I downloaded, no plugin in the download area of my account and also no bakery pro plugin in the “search” section of my WP dashboard. I have also tried a fourth time to find the plugin “VW Bakery Pro Posttype” – according to the instructions you provide at https://www.vwthemesdemo.com/docs/vw-bakery-pro/ – but also it did not work.

You also mention “…and then add the zip to the plugin folder” but I am using the WP panel to install it. What is the alternative?
I want to learn how to activate it myself so please let me know

I love the theme but as this is a recurring issue many people face please make this as simple as under the “template installation” in the item 3 of instructions.

Hi guys, unfortunately, the instructions did not work again despite I followed every single step. In the video you sent the link at 0:55s the person say we should upload the plugin from our account page. However, there is no plugin in my account download area but other three files, i.e. “Bakery WordPress Basic Theme”, “VW Bakery Pro Theme” and “Gallery Images” file, so no plugin supplied – perhaps this is the root cause of all the issues? My guess was that is a terminology issue and uploaded the “vw-bakery-pro_1.1” file that was available, and WP accepted it.

Later on the video (1m40s) it require us to run demo importer. So I did but no demo content is shown on the website.

Lastly, the WP panel keeps asking: “This theme requires the following plugins: VW Gallery Images and VW Title Banner Image.”. However, once I try to install those plugins i got a error message “Something went wrong with the plugin API.”!

SO I give up trying to install it myself – although this was my wish – as I am running in circles in 5 different setup info and none work for me.

I have just created an admin user as per your instructions, and will logoff. Please install it accordingly. My URL -http://boleirasdorei.com.br

Hi, thank you for promptly installing the them for us. However, there are a few problems that still persist, and are not related to the lack of price in the products as all products – set by your team – have prices. I have sent another email a few minutes ago and kindly ask for your urgent support as we need to release website to clients. Regards
