Impossible to change anything!!!!

I am trying to change my Header Widgets or Top Bar or even Social Icons, no luck.
Here is an error I am getting constantly:
Looks like something’s gone wrong. Wait a couple seconds, and then try again.

I am using WordPress for over 10 years and I NEVER experienced problems like with this template. The slider is not working. I am changing to 2 slides, but no, it is always 3

Either help me or refund me.
