Colors and boxes in the sidebar

Hi,
I don’t want to have boxes in the sidebars. I’d like them to have only one color background (grey).
How can I change the color background of the widgets or add the same color background to the sidebar so that I don’t have boxes anymore ?

Kindly follow the steps given below
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Paste the given CSS on it >> Publish.
