Can’t Upload Theme !

Dear,
installing the new theme vw-gardening-landscaping-pro has some missing files.

“The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”

I surfed the zip file of each template some has the style.css stylesheet and some doesn’t have it.

Please advise.
