I have suddenly had my admin access changed in wordpress so i cannot add plugins, update theme, update wordpress. I did notice in the days before this that elements within the theme for icons were not being shown correctly which is more directly linked to the theme.
I have raised this on wordpress forum who advise to deactivate the plugins and change the theme to the standard 22 themes which I did and there was no change. The only other advice is to use a healthcheck plugin, but of course I cannot add this particular plugin mentioned as I cannot add plugins anymore.
I do have “a” healthcheck and number one on the list of actions is to update to the latest wordpress version… which I cannot do. I do not know of there is a theme update pending as I no longer have access to view let alone update.
If I am advised to change the theme to one of the 22’s and try to solve anything using that theme, my live website is totally ruined, hence coming to the VW theme support for help using a vw theme.
