ParticipantI did that a week ago. WordPress techs at GoDaddy are working on the problem now. If they cannot solve it, I will return to this thread and send you another set of administrator credentials to try again.

ParticipantThe 1351 x 541px setting works PERFECTLY! That is the setting that should appear in the Slider Settings work area, not 1440 x 700. Thanks for your help. The slider is beautiful.
ParticipantDeleted Tour Lite. Went back to the Tour Pro child theme. Flushed the cache multiple times. The site still doesn’t work.
ParticipantThanks. I’m going to hold off on the About Us section. As an experiment, I deactivated the Tour Pro child theme and activated the Tour Pro theme template instead. One of the destination Pages appeared perfectly. The test blog posts appear in the right place. But the LEARN MORE pages for the slider images do not appear at all. Take a look and please see if there is anything you can fix in the theme itself. If it can be fixed there, it probably can be fixed in the child theme.

ParticipantI’m going to try to activate the About Us page and see what happens. The text will be in the About Us Page under Slider Settings. Let’s see what happens.
ParticipantThank you. Just FYI, I tried creating a blog post on the site. That text does not appear, either. I haven’t tried adding any images to the blog post, but I’m pretty sure they wouldn’t appear, either.

Thank you for your reply. These are the steps that I took for both pages:
Opened tripsbygreg.com/wp-admin > Pages > Set Parent to “home” and Template to “Home Page” > Copied the link > Pasted the link into the Slide Link box, making sure that I placed in the link in the box for the correct slide > clicked Publish > Opened the home page and opened the image > Clicked on the LEARN MORE button > The page opened, but NOTHING appeared. No text. No image. NOTHING.
ParticipantIn the Slider Settings module within VW Settings, over each space marked Slide Image, you find this in parentheses: “(1440×700).” I presumed those were the pixel settings required for each image to make the slider work correctly.
ParticipantThe settings you gave me work perfectly…many thanks! Should they be changed in the module, which shows 1440×700?

* Recent Blog PostsParticipantThank you for your reply. I can now get the modules to appear, but cannot get my content to appear in them. Likewise, when I open the Customize sidebar, I can’t find a space to put my content. Example — customizing the Top Destinations sections. There are buttons for changing colors and fonts and background image, boxes for the title and subtitle and the number of destinations to show…but how do I show the actual destinations?
