1. The image, size 999×527, I’ve chosen for this page will not increase in size from 800×500. It actually is smaller when displayed next to the text, but if the browser size is narrowed, the image will move below the text and then the image is larger. I want the image to be the size I set it to.

2. I can find no way to size the “About Us” page background.

And don’t tell me the site is not running, it IS running.

And when the browser is narrowed, the images are stacked in the reverse order I want them to be displayed. The image with the CSL # should be on the bottom, always. I want the image with the couple and the dogs to be the top image.

Depending on which editor you are using, I like Elementor; there is an option in it called reverse order that fixes that.
