Unwanted homepage link on standard pages

I’m using the Sirat Pro template. On standard pages there is included automatically a hyperlink to the homepage and a repeat of the name of the page. You can see what I mean on this page: http://mfmusic.byethost5.com/page/ (That is, I don’t want ‘Martin Fairbairn Music’ with the black backround and the following word ‘Page’.)

How do I get rid of these two elements?
