Admittedly, I am not insanely tech savvy but I have yet to come across something that I can eventually figure out. We are having all sorts of formatting issues. The header columns are to narrow and our email address runs through the line, the header sits too high and needs to be centered, the footer is all left aligned and needs to be centered, would like to slow the scroll speed down, want to add a button to allow client login to our portal, want to change the headphone icon for free consultation,etc.
Is there a plugin that would allow for more access to modifying these things? We have designed sites before without issue but never a WordPress site. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for your reply.
For the top bar issue:
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Paste the given CSS on it >> Publish.
p.hi_normal {
font-size: 12px;
color: #757575;
}For other points please send the query at [email protected]
If you need further assistance or clarification please let us know.
Thank You.

I am having same issue with the width, not the size of the text. I need the column spacing. When I change it to fit it is to small to see.
Thanks,
