Install Failure

Hello,
I have a problem installing this PRO theme.
I have tried several times even initializing everything but always cam up with an error saying that:

Installing Theme from uploaded file: vw-transport-cargo-pro_1.0.zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

Theme installation failed.

Is there a way to solve this problem?

I will be talking to my client this weekend and I need to be prepared ASAP.
