Mobile Navigation Dropdown colors

Hello,
I’m trying to get the top navigation colors, background, dropdown, hover, etc to appear the same on desktop & mobile devices.
When I set the colors in the Header Section in ‘Customize’- it doesn’t change the color from default on mobile devices.
Please help.
