I have tried replacing it with my own text in the Footer Text section, which only adds it to your text.
I have tried adding “.site-info { display: none; }” into the Additional CSS section.
I have tried to find the relevant section in Footer.php
All with no luck.
I am using the VW Writer Pro theme.
I can understand the text being on the free version, but since I’ve paid good money for the theme for my business I should be able to remove your built-in text
