Very happy customer here. I bought the VW Photography Pro theme. For starters it is an amazing theme with excellent functionality and it really lived up to my expectations. However there were one small thing that did not function 100% as I wanted and it needed a little change in the code for it to work the way I personally needed for my own site. So I sent them a mail at the end of one week regarding my issue/request and at the beginning of next week my request was fixed. This is really good customer service to be able to tweak things if needed and not just bought “as is” with no ability to customize to your own liking. Very professional customer support also. I’m glad I bought a VW theme.
