I would like to incorporate the “#our.services .about-heading” into another page. Is there a short code? If not how to do so?
I also wanted to insert the FAQ but when you use the short code you have supplied in the them it brings in the FAQ with out header “#ourfaqs .about-heading” which i would also like to bring into the page so it all looks the same.
February 11, 2019 at 1:15 pm #10108developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
Thank You for choosing us!
You can use the Shortcode to display it on a page.
If you need further clarification please let us know.
Thank You
February 11, 2019 at 3:46 pm #10115saleswabitParticipantThese are the short codes you provide under: appearance>customize>theme settings>short codes:
[vw-solar-energy-pro-project], [vw-solar-energy-pro-faq], [vw-solar-energy-pro-team], [vw-solar-energy-pro-testimonials]1. The [vw-solar-energy-pro-faq] DOES NOT pull in the “#ourfaqs .about-heading” with the FAQ questions and answers.
IT should also include the header for the FAQ section.2. I don’t see a short code for the “#our.services .about-heading”” to use on another page.
What would that be if not listed under the short codes from your development team?February 12, 2019 at 12:24 pm #10140developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
Thank You for choosing us!

Your reply and fix sounds exceptional. Love so much to learn when that will be ready. Working to bring the site up now.
Thanks again and I will check back often…till we can close this request.
Thanks again…cant wait!
February 13, 2019 at 1:03 pm #10175developer vwthemeParticipantPleasure!
We will soon get back to you.
Thank You
February 15, 2019 at 1:03 pm #10252developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
We have given you access.
Kindly update the theme to enjoy some great features.
The services section is not a post type and could not be converted into Shortcode and also the FAQ is designed in such a manner and could not be redesign.
You can use various FAQ plugins to accomplish your task.
If you need any other help please let us know.
Thank You
February 17, 2019 at 4:25 pm #10310saleswabitParticipantYou say “update the theme to enjoy great features” but there is no update. And previously you said you would update the theme with the requested. Now your saying the FAQ header could not be added to the FAQ short code previously provided in the theme so it appears as a complete section? And, our services section cant be short coded or info cant be shared to show this on another page.
Unfortunate.
February 18, 2019 at 4:56 am #10320developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
We have added many other features like Section reordering.
Could you please provide us your site URL so that we could suggest something.
The basic structure of the shortcode is like that and it could not be changed.
Thank You
February 18, 2019 at 8:55 pm #10349saleswabitParticipantPlease provide direction to safely upload the “updated” theme. I dont want to have to start over. I originally imported the full demo and worked from there…Just dont want to lose all my work. Thank you for the help. Let me know… I dont see anywhere in WP allowing me to do a simple update of the theme.
Thanks

February 20, 2019 at 11:12 pm #10419saleswabitParticipantThank you. I will try in the morning to update the theme. I do have some CSS but I can copy and paste that back in if needed.
February 21, 2019 at 12:32 am #10423saleswabitParticipantVW Themes. Question as I really dont want to muck around with files etc being a newb.
Since I have added “some” custom CSS in the “Custom CSS” location (like were you place the span footer info to make it go away). Can I simply backup the full site, Remove V1.1 theme and reinstall V1.2 theme and then copy paste my custom css stuff and be good-to-go? Nothing would be lost that way correct?
Thanks for your support.
February 22, 2019 at 4:02 am #10483developer vwthemeParticipantHi,
Yes, Just place the CSS in Additional CSS.
If you have any other question please let us know.
Thank You
