Share buttons on the website theme

Hello:

I have purchased one of your themes. I am very new at this but its the VW Blog Pro Theme on the website there are Share buttons (round and grey) I have clicked on these and it appears these buttons take me to Facebook, Instagram and Pintrest links. Please forgive me I am very new at all this but how do I get these icons to show up where these grey buttons. They are located at the button of my blog post. There is an area that says Share with 6 grey circles and small boxes in them. This is above a grey box that has a place for my picture (About me) Underneath the grey circles it says categories: Un-Categorized. I tried to place a screen shot to show it but it your topic box would not allow it. Please excuse my inexperience. Hope this made sense. Thanks so much.
