Plugins are Missing

Hi,
I have installed Spa Pro, set the home page to homepage template and filled in the boxes in the VW customiser, but my homepage appears completely blank. I think I am missing the plugins from the download file. I also notice that I have VW Service and VW Teams on the sidenv bar, but not VW testimonials…. could it be that some of the files are missing? I paid for the full bundle with all the themes in.
Please advise what I need to do ASAP as my website is currently down because of this and I need my clients to use the online booking system. Thank you.
