    Hi,

    I noticed that VW-Restraurant Pro not supporting PHP 8. I had installed PHP 8, with WordPress 5.9.3 and VW-restaurant lite.
    That runs fine. After upgrading to VW-restaurant Pro, the admin site was broken, but the the website was fine.
    After reverting to PHP 7.4, everything runs fine.

    Am I right, that VW-restaurant Pro does not support PHP 8?
    Please advise

    Absolutely not.
    After setting to PHP 8, the backend (wp-admin) crashes.
    This will not happen, if I set the default theme to e.g. Twenty Twenty Two.
    The frontend (the site) will not suffer this problem.

    Hi,

    Giving server access is difficult. This should be done via the customer panel.
    Because I am not the owner of the customer panel, I don’t give access.

    I see in the log that the GET xxxxxx.php HTTP/1.0 results in a server 500 in PHP8, In PHP 7.4 this GET results without errors (Server 200).
    Is it possible to recreate this problem in your own environment?

    Kindly revert to PHP 7.4

    We will check the issue and if there will be any issue with the theme we will update it

    Hi,

    I’ve updated the Restaurant Theme to 1.2.6, but no solution for PHP8
    The website is running fine in PHP8, but the admin part still crashes.
