Missing cathegory options

Hi, I have created more than 30 cathegories for my posts, but when I try to select one on them on any of the post sections from home (Carousel, Trending, Whats hot?, etc), I am only able to see and select 5 cathegories on the combobox (including no-cathegory) out of the 30. I am missing most of the cathegories that I have created. Any idea how to solve this issue?
