    So I purchase your theme licencse over and over again every year. However I can never simply just update the theme. Im afraid to Download the full theme and Re-insstall it becuase I dont want my website to disapear. Why cant we just simply update the theme. The only way is for me to download thew whole thing and reinstall everytime? My wordpress says there is a update available, but no simple way to click a update button etc. If there is a new version with better tech id like to have it. But I dont want to completely gut my site everytime. please tell me you have a solution for this?

    Yeah, So Ive sent you guys several email support request this year and none have been answered. Here is the deal. If i rebought the licencse to this theme to update in 2022 aND 2023 BECAUSE IT TOLD ME A UPDATE WAS AVAILABLE, AND AFTER ENTERING IN THE LICENCSE NUMBER AND ACTIVATING, THERE IS NO UPDATE. well THEN THATS CALLED LYING. i COULD HAVE JUST KEPT THE THEME WITHOUT UPDATING. however YOU GUYS TOLD ME THERE WAS A UPDATE. yoU WONT RETUN MY SUPPORT EMAIL. Ever! 3 attempts this yearto contact your support

    And here is the thing. Im not a unreasonable person. Ive given you guys a good deal of business. Several theme purchases and renewals in the past 3 years.

    Thats how you treat a returning customer?

    ” Contact Support” yea ok!

    Just reply back here, If there is no actual theme update. Cool. let me get my licencse purchases back for the last 24 months if were working with the same theme from a few years ago and you guys are just putting up there ” UPDATE AVAILABLE”……
