    Hi,
    I´ve bought the education academy pro theme, and downloaded all the plugins. I did the descriped settings step by step, but nothing works. Slider doesn´t appear, other sections don´t appear. I allready used your themes (one page pro and construction pro). It was very easy to work with it.
    Now, I need your help. I give you a user-access as an admin.

    Hi,

    please send us the credentials we will review the issue, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL at [email protected]

    Hi I am also having this issue. Our company paid for the pro version, but when we go to customize it, we do not see anything we paid for. Please advise.

    We do not have the footer widgets at the bottom of our page.
    If we do have it, please advise on how we can get them. We followed the instructions, but still do not have access to them.
