Contact form not working

Hi, I recently started using VW Startup Pro but I’m having trouble with the contact form. The map is displaying and I believe the contact form should be just to the right of the map, but instead the map spans the entire page. Have tried in Chrome and Edge. There is nothing in the “contact form shortcode” box in theme settings, I’m not sure if this is correct?

Also, is there any way to re-arrange the contact form to appear further up the page?

Hi, I have installed and activated the plugin and added the shortcode [contact-form-7 id="148" title="Contact form 1"] in the customise section but there’s still no contact form displayed.

For what it’s worth, none of this is mentioned in the documentation at https://vwthemes.com/docs/vw-startup-pro/

Thanks, I can now see the form on the contact page. Is it supposed to display on the home page as well? I can see a map on the home page but no contact form.

Sorry, should have said, I want the contact form on my front page in the same way as it is on the Startup Pro demo at https://www.vwthemes.net/vw-startup-pro/

Hi,

As per your query, just make the new form and add this contact code.

[text* your-name placeholder “Your name”]

[email* your-email placeholder “Your Email Id”]

[text your-subject placeholder “Subject”]

[textarea your-message placeholder “Message”]

[submit “SEND]

After adding and saving, just add the shortcode on Custom Footer in the customizer.

Hi,

You have to add the Longitude and Latitude in the customizer.

Go to Customizer >> Theme Settings >> Contact and add the Longitude and Latitude.

Publish the settings.

Hi, i’m sorry for imposing again but i have an issue regarding the topic of the message sent by you to info89 (contact form on the front page). I copied the steps you told him but it didn’t work. Instead, i coped the code from my original contact form (Επικοινωνία). It worked but the current issue is that the text i write in the Message box is invisible. My site URL is https://sacp.gr. Please look into it, try to write a message and provide me with a solution.

Hi,

You need to add the latitude and longitude in the customizer under the contact section.

Kindly follow the steps given below to remove the credit link

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Paste the given CSS on it >> Publish.
