Can not edit any text in theme.

Can not edit any text in theme that has visuals/text option in the customize section.

When editing text in customize tool section nothing happens. Publish button stays grey and does not allow any updates.
Text does not change. This happens on all text i tried to edit that has visuals/text option.

Support is not replying to a ticket fast.
I bought this theme so i could use it and i see that people wrote about the same issue before several times. Yet it is not fixed?
Please provide support because i am wasting precious time here. Thank you.
