We kindly request that you ask us any questions you may have before making a purchase, and we will make every effort to keep you satisfied and provide full support for your purchased item. Due to the digital and intangible nature of our products and the inability to return them after purchase, we do not process refunds.
Please note that our refund policy does not apply to themes bundled in packages or lifetime packages. If you have any doubts, we recommend purchasing a single theme first and then considering an upgrade if necessary. Renewals are also non-refundable.
