Hi,
Would you please let me know the logic of the search box?
When I input a keyword and the result will display many products, but some products have no relationship with the keywords.
For example, when I input the “20” as the keyword, the page will display “Magnetic Track -56PCS” as result.
But this product’s name, description, and the price was no relationship with 20.

Would you please help me?

For the issue above I already resolve it, it was a “Permalink Settings” issue.

Hi,
Today I change my domain name on siteground.
After I change it, my website can access, but I found that many links can not work, there are many 404 errors.
For example, in the ALL CATEGORIES menu, when you click the subcategories, there a 404 error.
Would you please help me with that?

If the product Description didn’t contain many pictures, the “related product” words will display correctly.
But when I add many pictures to the product Description, then the words didn’t show correctly.
I have the snapshot, but I don’t know how to show it here, so I email you at your support

Hi,
Thanks for your reply!
I have another question.
Please see my page, you can see the words: “Related products” at a strange place.
I just add lots of images in the product description, then the issue happened.
You can see the words :”Related products” didn’t at the correct place but on the right side of the images.

I have other questions too.
Please see the
MOST POPULAR TOYS row. you can see some products display longer and some products display shorter.
The support team told me that because the images of the products were different.
But I adjust the image, it still likes that.
I think this issue is caused by the titles of the products.
If the title is long, the total product will display longer than which title is short.
The issue also exists on other pages.
So can we have some way to fix this issue or I need to adjust the title of my product to make sure they can display neat and tidy ?

Thanks very much for your reply.
But there are two issues:
1. I didn’t have General Settings, only have Typography/General settings.
2. in Typography/General settings, there can not find spinner settings.

Hi, I change my Global Color from green to blue. But every time I navigate from one page to another, the total screen will be green, then, get to the new page. That’s doesn’t seem good. My website is https://yilongpegasus.com/, you can try to click Home and products on the menu. Then you can see the green color on flash on the full page.
