Yes, I have that same issue tbullock.
I hope to be given access to download it in my account so I can manually install this plugin.

Thank you, I did do this. However, this does not solve the issue of the missing plugin “VW Title Banner Image” that seems to be missing according to WordPress:

“This theme requires the following plugin: VW Title Banner Image.”
