ParticipantYour solutions were preposterous. Not a single one of them will work. I really hate to be a pain but this is all simple stuff. Like a font being able to be seen in bold or an e-mail address being a clickable link. I haven’t seen a website where an e-mail address was not a clickable link in more than five years. I have e-mailed you to ask for a refund. Worst customer service I have encountered.

ParticipantThat’s not possible in your template. On the template there is an e-mail address. How do I select it in order to make it clickable? I have searched all the ways to customize the site but I certainly can’t find it. And I am still trying to figure out why bold text is not appearing when changed to bold text???
ParticipantCan you also tell me how to create live links on the home page? I would like the e-mail link at the top to be clickable? No where in the Header settings can I find anything that allows me to enter a link.
ParticipantAlso, in links that are on photos or just about anywhere, once visited they turn white. How do I change the visited state?
ParticipantIn the menu when you have visited a link, it turns black…on black so it can no longer be seen. I would like to have it stay white or turn to another color. I can’t figure out where you change the colors of states in this menu.
ParticipantI would just like to be able to add about four more lines to each one. Right now it seems that two or three lines is the maximum.

ParticipantSorry, I found it. I was expecting an e-mail of some kind but had to dig into my account to find the download link. Wasn’t there last night.
