Ok. I hope to hear something shortly because I’m very frustrated with something that shouldn’t be an issue.
haydenParticipantActually scratch that, I just want a refund. Whom do I contact. This has been a nightmare to work with.
“Refund Policy
Themes are abstract digital products and are absolute. All the theme purchases you make are non-refundable. After you purchase the themes, no refunds will be issued to you. So, make the correct choice of theme.”Even if your demo content contains the same error? I sure hope not. I’d be happy to exchange it for another theme, but this is broken and has nearly lost me a week in troubleshooting.

haydenParticipantTurns out its an issue with ‘Superfish’. We’re having to patch it ourselves given your lack of reply. Or am I able to refund the theme?
haydenParticipantYou are really not hearing me at all, are you? Either that or you choose not to listen.
YOUR CATEGORY DISPLAYS A NAN ERROR IN EACH QUANTITY. THIS IS SOMETHING IN THE CODE, RATHER THEN AN ISSUE WITH FOLLOWING THE PROCESS’S YOU’VE SUGGESTED. IN MY PREVIOUS POST I POSTED A PICTURE DISPLAYING WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT. MY PRODUCT AND CATEGORY’S ARE SETUP CORRECTLY ON MY END.
Maybe now you’ll hear me.
From one of my devs “The Categories are loading fine from the mySQL database but are being overwritten by some sort of function in the theme template.”

haydenParticipantHi, Thanks for the reply but the demo has been imported, and was prior. We ended up mending that, though.
The issue I was talking about with category’s are that when you go to shop, the category’s show a value of NaN. Which really doesn’t help. I’ll post a pic Here
I’ve had php dev look into it and he can’t solve the value error, so I come to you, hat in hand.
