The customer service has been great but I’ve run into several problems, from not being able to customize the icons, social media buttons breaking and gallery images not showing up. I have built a lot of websites. This is pretty, but not as user friendly as I’d like. Customer service is patient and helpful, but I’m disappointed in the user experience with this particular template. I hope they will allow me to switch to a different template.

Hi. One more. All of a sudden my social icons are all broken. They were normal before.

Thank you so much for your help. I am having a problem with the gallery. I have built it, but when I go to view it, the pictures are not visible.
Under “our team” on the home page, changing the box color does not work for one of the boxes
There is no way to remove the cupcake icons from the products option
Finally, is there a way to remove the “ribbon” and scallop trim in the header?
