woocommerce_review_order_after_submit customisation not carried over

Hi,

I’m new to using wordpress and have hit a bump with my theme customisations not carrying over to one particular page.
I’m using the VW Eco Nature pro theme with woocommerce plugin, which has been personalised through appearance-> customisation.
Woocommerce has created the cart and checkout pages etc which all work with the customisations I’ve made except for the page that loads after an order has been submitted.

As I proceed through the cart and checkout process everything loads with the correct customisation but once the order is placed and it moves to the review order after submit page the theme reverts to the original base theme settings i.e. logos, text, pictures etc all change back to the standard theme. It only occurs on this page and I’m not sure why my custom settings haven’t followed over.

I’m not really sure where the issue stems from so any help would be appreciated.

Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere, I have tried searching but nothing quite matches the issue.
