I created a brand new website earlier this month and when I add it to my facebook page I get the following error:
An error occured saving page information, please make sure the information is correct and valid.

When looking into this error message, the facebook debugger advised the following issues – please let me know how this can be fixed?
    caution-solidWarnings That Should Be Fixed
    URL Blocked
Could not scrape URL because it has been blocked.
    Inferred Property
The ‘og:image’ property should be explicitly provided, even if a value can be inferred from other tags.
    Missing Properties
    The following required properties are missing: og:url, og:type, og:title, og:image, og:description, fb:app_id

Facebook themselves is not helping – I have waited two weeks and send three emails to their support with no luck at all.

I simply tried to add my website URL onto a facebook page and it was declined. Upon investigation the errors listed above was given. The website is http://www.creativehandscakes.co.za

The website works just fine – but Facebook rejects it as some code in the theme is not correct?

    Good day
I know these links from the website work. The problem is Facebook is requesting certain code in order to load the URL on the Facebook page. Currently Facebook is not allowing the URL as some code is missing. As per what I send you yesterday. That is the problem. And this result in the fact that I cannot share anything from the Website on Facebook as it blocks the website.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply.

We have checked but did not found anything about this in the theme.

    Many Thanks!

This is the problem – The theme doesn’t have any Open Graph Meta tags which is causing this problem. None of my other sites done on other peoples themes have this problem…only this one.

    Hi,

But our other clients are using the same theme and did not get this issue.

Kindly please let us know the remedy if you have.

    Thanks
