I just purchased the Pro VW Kid theme and it’s not working. Ive downloaded it, but dont know what to do next. When I go into WordPress, it keeps giving me the option to purchase the pro version, but I’ve already done that. My website is blank. Im so frustrated. Please help.

Hi,

We are giving you some easy steps to install the theme and plugin and set up the homepage with the same demo content.

You got the premium theme download links on your order confirmation mail which contains the following zip files:

1. VW Kids Pro
2. VW Kids Pro Posttype

VW Kids Pro is a premium version theme. The “VW Kids Pro Posttype”, is a theme required plugins.

You need to upload the themes separately. First, upload VW Kids Pro zip via Appearance -> Themes and activate it.

The “VW Kids Pro Posttype” would be uploaded via Plugins -> Add new. This plugin will be uploaded separately one by one.

If you have successfully completed theme installation, then follow the below steps to get the demo content on your homepage.

Go to Appearance -> Get Started -> Run Importer.

This will give you the demo on your front end.

If you got stuck somewhere then send us the query. If you want we can set up your theme, make a user for us assign administrator role and send us the username and password along with the URL to [email protected]. We have a free theme installation support.

I purchased VW Kids pro and while trying to upload and install through Appearance – themes, but as a result it has being faild – “The link you followed has expired”

Thank you! I resolved the issue. There is another problem. Previously I have been working with VW kids theme and made almost the full website with it, but now I want to transfer at least all uploaded products to new theme vw kids pro. Is it technically possible?

You can Export a product XML file from your vw-kids website and import it in vw-kids-pro theme.

Hi There,
I followed the steps as mentioned in the documentation
up to point 5 Demo Content Importer it worked fine but

when trying to do bellow steps
“Before Run Importer you have to install all the required Plugins :- Woocommerce, Contact Form 7, Instagram Feed and VW kids Pro Posttype Plugin”

It gave me the error “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
Then I installed both plugins via the plugin tool.
but “Run Importer” seems to do nothing rather reloading the page.
Highly appreciate if could you can help

before I purchased VW Kids pro, the support person told me that I can only add my product and I can sell it!
But now I can not find the customer login and register page!
Should I need to develop it?

My products page on VW Kids website didn’t see the “add to cart” button, can not add the products to my cart.

you can see the product didn’t have the “add to cart” button.
I have followed question too :
Whether your themes contain the customer registration page or not? I can not find it.

Hi,

1) Kindly add price to the product so that the add to cart button will appear.

2) The theme does not have a customer registration page but the customer can register through the “My Account” page.
